📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive credit product growth.
• Manage and monitor credit portfolios to ensure optimal performance and risk management.
• Promote credit products, such as credit cards, loans, and overdrafts, to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term business partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products, such as credit cards, loans, and overdrafts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
