📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic tools such as autorefractors, slit lamps, and retinal cameras.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, including refractive errors, glaucoma, and cataracts.
• Prescribe and monitor vision correction treatments, including glasses, contact lenses, and advanced therapies.
• Provide expert advice on eye health and vision care to patients and referring healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in optometry through continuous education and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in eye care practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Optometrist with a valid practice license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in optometry, with a strong background in vision care and eye health.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
• Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including autorefractors, slit lamps, and retinal cameras.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and referring healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of optometry.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
