📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and update the general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and variance reports.
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tax regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
