📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and management.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop new staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
