In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist clients and staff with their daily needs, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing transportation.,Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients and staff.,Prepare and serve meals as needed.,Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.,Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate staff members.,Assist with laundry and household tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living facility.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients or heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Must be able to pass a background check.
