As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of our supply chain. You will work closely with our warehouse team, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products reach customers on time and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
