Bahagia Budi Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the medical shop, ensuring the smooth flow of transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and from home. If you are passionate about healthcare and customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their medical needs and provide information about our products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized medical shop.,Stock and manage inventory levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in the preparation of medical documents and records.,Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Familiarity with medical products and services is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods of time.
