International Intern – Food & Beverage Service

Accor is seeking a passionate and driven International F&B Service Intern to join our world-class Food & Beverage team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in Kuta Selatan, Bali. As an International Intern, you will be part of a team that serves over 1,000 guests daily, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll work closely with our head chef and F&B managers, gaining hands-on experience in menu planning, inventory management, and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the head chef and F&B managers in menu planning and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience.
• Learn and use industry-standard software such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service standards.
• Assist in the organization and execution of special events and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the F&B industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, culinary, or related degree program.
• Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
• Experience in a F&B environment is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Passion for the F&B industry and a desire to make a difference.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
