📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are sourced.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job postings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
