📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods and tools.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment efforts.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with social media and other digital platforms for recruitment purposes.
