PT Pratama Mahkota is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Lebak. As the Lead Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our tax operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of tax officers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all tax-related activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of tax officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of tax-related activities.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related records to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company remains compliant.,Provide training and development opportunities for the tax team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all tax-related matters are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.,Prepare and present tax-related reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improving tax efficiency and compliance.,Ensure that all tax-related documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of tax officers.
