📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire bunker supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient fuel distribution to vessels.
• Use Vessel Management Systems (VMS) and Bunker Management Systems (BMS) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure the best fuel prices and quality.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fuel inventories and implement strategies to optimize storage and usage.
• Maintain accurate records of all bunker transactions and operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vessel operators and ensure smooth communication throughout the bunker process.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning to ensure the safety of all personnel and vessels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine fuel operations or a related role, preferably in a busy shipping hub.
• Certification in Bunker Operations or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL.
• Proficiency in using VMS and BMS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the shipping industry in Southeast Asia is a plus.
