📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the work of the healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health center.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the healthcare industry.,Manage the health center's budget, including revenue and expenses, to ensure financial sustainability.,Foster a positive and productive work environment for the healthcare staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Proficient in using healthcare management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
