📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment trends.
