📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them in their job search process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
