Lingkungan Zahra Fashion is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficient operations. This is a remote position, offering flexible working conditions and a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of orders.,Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high-quality production standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
