The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring access, and responding to any security threats or emergencies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility to identify and address potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and protect lives.,Maintain and update security records, including access logs, incident reports, and security logs.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to address security concerns and improve overall security measures.,Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, and ensure a welcoming and safe environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities as needed.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
