📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Ensure that the restaurant's quality standards are met, and that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Work closely with the restaurant's owners and other managers to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Ability to manage a budget and make sound financial decisions.,Passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
