📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, government entities, and tourism stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B, Government, or Tourism sectors.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
