📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update sales order records in the company's system.,Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and customer information.,Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information about orders.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.,Monitor order status and follow up on any delays or issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or order processing role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and sales order systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
