🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.,PhD in a related scientific field is preferred.,Proven experience in heterogeneous integration or related research.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in relevant scientific software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
