📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of project managers and construction personnel.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on plumbing and sanitary systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
