📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning.,Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for the company.,Support the financial planning process for new business initiatives and expansions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in a corporate or consulting environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.,Experience with financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
