📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.,Recording and analyzing test results, and maintaining accurate laboratory records.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.,Training and mentoring junior laboratory staff.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.,Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and environmental regulations is preferred.
