📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our eco-friendly products.,Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales and marketing goals.,Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the marketing industry.,Represent HMF Glovemart at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the eco-friendly or sustainable products industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
