CV Akasia Inovasi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security professional to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As a Senior Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company's assets and employees.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, including breaches, thefts, and other security threats.,Train employees on security best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.,Maintain and update security systems and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, CCTV installation, etc.).,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations regarding security.
