📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of stewards to ensure high standards of guest service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all service standards and protocols are followed and maintained.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and service metrics.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and staff development activities.
  • Ensure that the service team is well-trained and equipped to handle any guest situation.
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment for the service team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury or upscale hotel is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
