📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on SMT machines and other production equipment,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime,Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations,Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment,Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment efficiency,Document maintenance activities and equipment performance,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes,Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment maintenance and repair🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMT machine maintenance or electronics manufacturing,Strong knowledge of SMT machines and other production equipment,Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the electronics manufacturing industry,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia🛠️ Keahlian
