📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest technical writing tools and best practices.,Assist in creating training materials and tutorials for new products.,Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on documentation needs.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise style.,Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation and software manuals.,Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
