📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan masonry work for residential and commercial properties using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of projects by following industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to execute masonry work efficiently and effectively.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Utilize advanced masonry techniques and materials to deliver exceptional results.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to the overall success of projects by maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in masonry work, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
Certification in Masonry Construction (e.g., CMCA, NCMA) is a plus.
