• Hosting live events, including product launches and training sessions, with a focus on engaging and educating the audience.
• Demonstrating products effectively, showcasing their features and benefits in an interactive and informative manner.
• Answering customer questions and providing clear, concise explanations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to promote our products and services, both in-person and virtually.
• Ensuring that all events are well-organized, on time, and run smoothly.
• Providing excellent customer service, both during and after events.
• Adapting to different event formats and audience sizes, tailoring your approach to ensure maximum engagement.
• Providing feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and event effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or event hosting role.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and educate audiences effectively.
• Excellent product knowledge, with the ability to demonstrate and explain products confidently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Experience with video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
