📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Optimize production schedules and inventory management using tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in operational management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operational improvement methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards, is essential.
