📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement emergency response plans and fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with emergency services and external stakeholders to ensure effective response during incidents.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the integration of safety practices into business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in emergency management and fire safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, fire safety, or emergency management.
• Certification in Fire Safety Management System (FSMS) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards (e.g., Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
