📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial analyses.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary financial information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations specific to the construction and machinery industry.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or machinery sector.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
