📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the coffeeshop.
• Lead a team of 5-7 baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage and maintain POS systems, including Square or Toast, to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffeeshop or café setting.
• Proven track record of successful team management and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles and strategies.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee science or barista training a plus.
