📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient stock control.
• Monitor inventory levels, and initiate reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with all inventory management policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP or similar inventory management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
